NASASPS is co-locating with CLEAR’s 2023 Annual Educational Conference, which will take place at the Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City September 27-30, 2023. Please note that NASASPS’ Fall Workshop (September 25-26) precedes the duration of the CLEAR conference. NASASPS attendees can therefore book into CLEAR’s hotel block at the preferred rate of $239.00 plus tax a night. The preferred rate will be available until September 1, 2023 or until the room block is full. NASASPS suggests booking your rooms early. The hotel block booking link is here.

Cancellations:

Registrant substitutions are welcome. Cancellations must be received in writing by August 25, 2023 to receive a full refund. After that date, a $95 US service charge will be subtracted from all refunds. Cancellations received after September 11, 2023 are subject to the full registration fee.

In cases of medical emergencies, family emergencies, natural disasters or other undue hardships that make travel impossible, the Board will review all requests and determine whether or not to grant a full or partial credit towards the next conference or event. These requests must be submitted in writing to matt.grayson@nasasps.org by September 30, 2023.
