NOTE: The Conference Hotel is currently fully booked for the evening of April 9th. We are working with other local hotels for additional options for our attendees. Please contact Candela Gomez if you have any questions.
NASASPS conference attendees are invited to reserve rooms at the conference hotel at that preferred rate of $259.00 a night plus all applicable taxes. The room block rate is available April 4-10 (checking out April 10). The rate is available until 5:00pm Eastern Time, March 15, 2024.
Conference Scholarship Opportunities:
NASASPS offers a very limited number of scholarships to member agencies that cannot cover attendee expenses. The deadline for applying for a scholarship is March 1.
Awardees will be notified after the March Board of Directors meeting, scheduled for March 19th. Scholarship applicants are encouraged to register for the conference and procure a hotel room before applying for the scholarship.

Cancellation Policy:
In cases of non-COVID related medical emergencies, family emergencies, natural disasters or other undue hardships that make travel impossible, the Board will review all requests and determine whether or not to grant a full or partial credit towards the next conference or event. If cancellation is due to a positive COVID test or quarantine related to possible COVID-19 exposure, the registrant will be granted a credit towards a future NASASPS conference. These requests must be submitted in writing to matt.grayson@nasasps.org within two weeks after the end of the event.
