Important Conference Hotel Update
Our conference hotel has sold out on the night of Wednesday, September 18th. We are thrilled by the enthusiasm and high attendance of NASASPS' Fall Workshop and its other co-locating events! While our other group rate nights are available, they are filling up quickly, so make sure to book as soon as possible. Access to CLEAR’s group rate for any nights will still end on August 29th. If you need to book accommodations on a sold out night, we suggest booking at one of the following nearby properties.

NASASPS is co-locating with CLEAR’s 2024 Annual Educational Conference, which will take place at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront September 16-19, 2024. NASASPS attendees can therefore book into CLEAR’s hotel block at the preferred rate of $229.00 plus tax a night. The preferred rate will be available until August 29, 2024 or until the room block is full. NASASPS suggests booking your rooms early. The hotel block booking link is here.
Arriving the evening before and would like to meet up with fellow attendees? Watch the Baltimore Orioles take on the Giants in a baseball game social Tuesday, September 17 starting at 6:35pm. Tickets can be purchased separately here. Use the code "NASASPS" to access the reserved terrace box seating. Cost of tickets include continuous transportation to and from the conference hotel.
Cancellations:
Registrant substitutions are welcome. Cancellations must be received in writing by August 18, 2024 to receive a full refund. After that date, a $95 US service charge will be subtracted from all refunds. Cancellations received after September 4, 2024 are subject to the full registration fee.
In cases of medical emergencies, family emergencies, natural disasters or other undue hardships that make travel impossible, the Board will review all requests and determine whether or not to grant a full or partial credit towards the next conference or event. These requests must be submitted in writing to matt.grayson@nasasps.org by September 30, 2024.
