CLEAR has arranged a preferred rate of $219.00 plus tax a night. The preferred rate will be available until August 22, 2026, or until the room block is full. The rate is applicable Wednesday, September 9 – Friday, September 11. CLEAR suggests booking your room early.

Cancellations:
Registrant substitutions are welcome. Cancellations must be received in writing by August 18, 2026 to receive a full refund. After that date, a $95 US service charge will be subtracted from all refunds. Cancellations received after September 4, 2026 are subject to the full registration fee.
In cases of medical emergencies, family emergencies, natural disasters or other undue hardships that make travel impossible, the Board will review all requests and determine whether or not to grant a full or partial credit towards the next conference or event. These requests must be submitted in writing to matt.grayson@nasasps.org by September 30, 2026.
